MCP Server

Syncari provides real-time, structured, governed, business-context data (customer hierarchy, account health, GTM data, etc.) by syncing and unifying data from various systems. This makes Syncari a “structured context service” for enterprise AI. With the introduction of Syncari MCP server, you can now interact with this context using clients like Anthropic's Claude (Both online and desktop client). In this article, we'll see how to connect Claude with Syncari MCP server and interact with your unified data.

Data Quality

Introducing the new Data Quality - The Data Quality (DQ) tab on the pipeline page is the command‑center for authoring, organizing, and evaluating rules that measure the health of each entity in your Syncari hub. See this article on how to setup the rules and analyze data.

Kafka Synapse

Syncari can now connect to Kafka topics and read the events as entity records.

Resolved Issues & Minor Updates

We've fixed and implemented over 25 issues & minor updates  in this release. Some notable ones are listed here.

• External ID field is blank after merge occurs in Hubspot
• Lookup Syncari Record - Error
• Cannot delete Reference Data set although all references are removed from pipelines
• Splitting a string on pipe creates a list of all characters
• NonRetriableException after activating Zoho synapse
• Lookup Syncari Record function error when used within a loop on the entity pipeline
