Depending on the security of your end systems or if they are on-premises behind a firewall, you may have to allowlist (sometimes called whitelist) one or more Syncari public IP addresses to connect to the system. If this is the case for one of the systems you are connecting to Syncari, whitelist the following Syncari IP addresses:
34.82.184.223
for production access and 34.83.33.206
for troubleshooting.
If you are connecting an external system through a custom synapse, and that system requires our IP to be whitelisted, you will also need to whitelist 35.235.102.82
and talk to Syncari customer support to turn this setting on for the custom synapse.
If you are working with our solutions team or partners, and building more advanced custom actions backed by code, that need to talk to your internal systems behind a firewall, you will need to whitelist 34.168.132.243
