Depending on the security of your end systems (Syncari Synapses), they may require you to allowlist (sometimes called whitelist) one or more IP addresses to connect to the system. If this is the case for one of the systems you are connecting to Syncari, provide this IP address:
22.214.171.124 for production access and
126.96.36.199 for troubleshooting.
If you are connecting an external system through a custom synapse, and that system requires our IP to be whitelisted, you will also need to whitelist
188.8.131.52 and talk to Syncari customer support to turn this setting on for the custom synapse.
