Salesforce actions are allow you to add Leads/Contacts to a Campaign, Convert Leads and Create Tasks. The actions are available for use on entity and field pipelines.

Prerequisite:

Add to Salesforce Campaign

This action is useful for adding your Leads or Contacts into a Campaign based on your pipeline automation rules. The entity record that runs through this action must be linked with a Salesforce Lead or Contact. This action can be used to update the campaign member status if the Lead or Contact is already a member of the campaign.

Convert Salesforce Lead

This action is used to convert a Salesforce Lead. You have the option to convert the Lead and create a Opportunity if needed. The new contact created from the conversion will be assigned to the lead owner. The Fallback Owner Id can be specified if the Lead was owned by a Queue prior to converting. This action allows you to specify a Lead Id that will be converted. This means that you do not need to run this as part of your Lead pipeline.
