With Syncari, you can automatically build your pipelines by connecting to a synapse that supports automatic pipeline creation. See the list of synapses at the end of this article. Doing so will update and create pipelines for each entity in the unified data model based on the data in the connected synapse. Creating pipelines automatically saves time and provides working pipelines that you can build on.
If you want more granular control over building your pipelines, take a look at Creating Pipelines Manually.
Creating pipelines manually is a two-step process:
- Configure a synapse to create pipelines automatically
- Review the automatically created entity pipelines
Configure a Synapse to Create Pipelines Automatically
You can configure only specific synapse to create pipelines automatically. Salesforce is on of the synapses that supports automatic pipeline creation, so we'll use it in our examples.
➡️ To create pipelines automatically:
- Navigate to Synapse Studio.
- Select Activate and Create Pipelines in the synapse kebab menu.
Syncari begins the process. It could take a few minutes depending on the synapse you selected. When finished, the status changes to Active and you can review the pipelines in Sync Studio.
Review the Automatically Created Entity Pipelines
After you make a synapse active and automatically create pipelines, we recommend that you review the pipelines in Sync Studio. See About Entity Pipelines for what you can do to review pipelines in Sync Studio.
Synapses that Support Automatic Pipeline Creation
You can automatically create pipelines from several synapses, including the list below:
