When working with tables, it's often necessary to hide certain columns or reorder them to suit your needs. Our table configuration feature allows you to customize the visibility and order of columns effortlessly. Below is a guide on how to use this functionality.

Click on the "Configure table columns" menu to open the configuration popup. In the popup, all the columns available in the table will be listed. By default all the columns will be selected.

Hiding or Showing Columns

If you want to hide specific columns, simply uncheck the corresponding boxes besides the column names. You can quickly locate a column using the search box at the top of the popup. This search feature allows you to find and select/unselect columns as per your requirements.

Reordering Columns

Reordering columns is just as straightforward. Use the drag handle to drag it to your desired position within the list. If you prefer quicker options, you can use the "Send to Top" or "Send to Bottom" buttons to move a column directly to the top or bottom of the list.

Additional Configuration Options

At the top of the configuration popup, you’ll find three convenient buttons:

  • Enable All: Selects all columns in the list, ensuring that every column is visible in the table.
  • Disable All: Unselects all columns in the list.
  • Hide Disabled: Temporarily hides the columns you have unselected from the list, decluttering your view. Click this button again to reveal the hidden columns, which will now appear at the bottom of the list.

After you've customized the column visibility and order to your liking, click "Save" to apply your changes.
