Remove the HubSpot Synapse

If you need to remove the integration between Syncari and HubSpot, you'll need to remove the Synapse from Syncari and uninstall the Syncari app in HubSpot.

Remove the HubSpot Synapse from Syncari

To remove the HubSpot synapse:

1. Pause any pipeline where HubSpot is a source or destination in Sync Studio. See Pausing Pipelines for details.
2. Deactivate the HubSpot Synapse in Synapse Studio. In Synapse Studio, click the HubSpot synapse's kebab , and then select Deactivate.
   
3. Open the same kebab menu, and then select Delete.

Uninstall the Syncari App in HubSpot

To uninstall the Syncari app:

1. In HubSpot, go to Settings > Integrations, and then click Connected Apps.
   
2. Open the Actions menu, and then click Uninstall.
   
3. Enter the word "uninstall" to confirm, and then click Uninstall.
4. Click Done.
